3) Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

4) Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 6 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

5) Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

6) Groups

When booking for more than 15 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

7) VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.

8) Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

9) Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 4.00 per person.

10) Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 12.00 per day.

The friendly staff will be pleased to suggest sightseeing tours in Budapest and the surrounding area during your stay. Tickets for city tours and boat trips are sold at the reception.

Rooms and apartments have street or garden view.

The hotel offers a child friendly atmosphere with cots and high chairs available on request.

Towels and bedlinen are provided and are changed every third day.
Hairdryers and irons are available for free at the front desk. Initial and final cleaning is included in the price.

The optional breakfast (08:00 - 11:00 every day) can also be booked at the reception.

Area information

The Apartmenthouse is centrally located on the Pest side of the city, just 5 minutes away from the centre. It is the ideal starting point for exploring the city's attractions. There are several bars, restaurants, shops and cafes nearby.

Public transport links are just a one-minute walk away:
- Subway line no. 2 (red) to Buda and across Pest.
- Tram line 4 - 6 (along the great boulevard).

Travel information

One minute away from the apartment house at Blaha Lujza square you will find an underground stop of the red M2 line and of the main tram lines (nr. 4 and 6 ). Both railway stations are close to the Agape Apartmenthouse as well.

By public transport from the Keleti railway station:
- Take the M2 (red underground line) towards Déli Pályaudvar for 1 stop and get off at Blaha Lujza Tér.

By public transport from the Nyugati railway station:
- Take tram 4 or 6 for 4 stops towards "Móricz Zsigmond Körtér" and get off at "Blaha Lujza Tér"
- Then walk to Akácfa street (at Burger King)

By public transport from the airport:
- Airport Minibus (provide correct address: 7th district, Akácfa utca 12-14)
or
- bus in front of the terminal building to the underground stop "Kőbanya Kispest"
- Take the underground to "Deak Tér"
- Change to the underground line M2 towards "Örs Vezér Tér".
- Get off at the second stop "Blaha Lujza Tér"
- Walk towards Burger King where you find our street.

Pick-up service by Agape from the airport is possible at an additional cost. Please confirm if you wish to use this service and also send us your flight number and estimated time of arrival.

A free airport pick-up service is offered if you stay more than 5 nights. Please make a reservation if you wish to use this service and send us your flight number, as well as an estimated time of arrival.

Important information

Parking and breakfast can only be reserved at the reception upon arrival in case you book Aradi street apartments.

Although the reception is open 24 hours a day, please contact the hotel in case of a late arrival after 18:00. Otherwise the reservation can be cancelled.
